We are a family balloon and party shop established on the 11th
April, 1989 by Eddie and Rochelle.

When we first opened our doors to "Pips Perfect Party Paradise", the
people of Australia were awarded with our passion for parties
and balloons.

Since then, even though our name has changed to A Balloon &
Party Centre "Pips", nothing else has. Eddie and Rochelle have attended
education classes in Balloon Art, Display, Retail Concepts and Business.

We still have the same thrive and passion to supply your memorable day with
decorations for you to enjoy.

In almost 22 years, we have achieved what we thought was
impossible; we have gone through countless balloons, met
countless people, but no matter how big or how small a project is,
it still puts a smile on our face to see a smile on yours.

We can help you celebrate all occassions, from pre-birth to death, and
will be glad to assist you with your colour selection and theme.
